Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to SaaSMetricsHQ, operated by Jumi Solutions Pty Ltd.
Last updated: 3 August 2026
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms are an agreement between you and Jumi Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 11 691 132 715), Victoria, Australia (“Jumi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using SaaSMetricsHQ (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, keep login and integration credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing your workspace members. You must not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, infringe another person’s rights, or use the Service unlawfully.
3. Your data and connected services
You retain ownership of data you submit or authorise us to retrieve. You grant us a limited licence to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to connect Shopify Partner accounts and provide that data to us.
Shopify, Stripe, Google, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. Their availability and changes are outside our control. SaaSMetricsHQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Plans, trials, and payment
Paid plans, included features, trials, and applicable limits are described on the Pricing and Billing pages. Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees are billed in advance through Stripe and automatically renew for the selected billing period until cancelled. Prices may be displayed exclusive of applicable taxes. You authorise us and Stripe to charge the selected payment method for fees and taxes due.
We may change plans or prices by giving reasonable notice. You may cancel through the available billing controls or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect as shown during cancellation. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees already paid are not refundable.
5. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Imports and reports depend on third-party data and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice where a material change adversely affects active customers when practical.
6. Analytics are informational
Reports, estimates, forecasts, and metrics are provided for general business information. They are not financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are responsible for checking important decisions against source records and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
7. Intellectual property
Jumi and its licensors own the Service, software, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property, excluding your data. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account remains authorised. Feedback may be used by us without restriction or payment to you.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay fees when due, or misuse the Service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
9. Warranties and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis and we exclude implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
10. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may update these Terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
