Who qualifies for the Free plan?

While the beta programme is open, every new workspace automatically qualifies for Free. Those beta workspaces remain grandfathered when beta signup closes.

How is my plan selected?

Plans are based on your measured monthly recurring revenue. SaaSMetricsHQ uses a recent three-day average to avoid reacting to a one-day fluctuation.

Can I connect more than one Shopify app?

Yes. Every plan includes unlimited app connections and lets you switch reporting context between products.

What happens when my MRR grows?

The Billing page shows your measured MRR and the plan that matches it. You can review the change before continuing on the appropriate tier.

Do paid plans include a trial?

Starter and Pro include a seven-day free trial for eligible new accounts.
